Este m\u00fasculo tambi\u00e9n tiene funciones de rotaci\u00f3n del f\u00e9mur. El gl\u00fateo mediano realiza funciones de abductor y rotatorio del f\u00e9mur, y el gl\u00fateo menor act\u00faa como abductor y rotatorio del muslo<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, a la hora de tonificar los gl\u00fateos, los ejercicios se basan en este tipo de movimientos, en diversas posiciones y diferentes \u00e1ngulos de trabajo.
