Is it possible to perform a breast augmentation without general anesthesia?<\/h2>\n

Today, it is indeed possible to perform a breast augmentation without the use of general anesthesia<\/strong>. This is thanks to years of research that have allowed the development of Mia Femtech™<\/strong><\/a> technology, which adds volume and harmonizes the cleavage, using only local anesthesia and light sedation. How does minimally invasive breast augmentation work?<\/h2>\n

Breast augmentation with the Mia\u00ae technique is a procedure in which we introduce an expander\u2014something like an empty balloon\u2014through a small incision in the armpit. This creates a space beneath the mammary gland.

    Most patients go home and can resume a comfortable life, which is completely normal starting from the same day of the procedure<\/strong>. This includes daily activities such as attending to their children, styling their hair, or getting dressed without assistance.<\/p>\n

    Regarding work life, in many cases, it is possible to return to work on the same day or the next day, as long as the job does not require physical effort, such as office work.<\/p>\n

    For jobs that involve physical tasks, such as lifting weight or using the arms extensively, a few days of rest may be required. The doctor will provide guidance on the appropriate rest time based on the individual case.<\/p>\n

    Physical exercise<\/h3>\n

    Exercise is the activity that should be postponed the longest. It is necessary to wait at least three weeks to resume physical exercise, especially for impact sports. One month after the procedure, the patient is fully recovered.<\/p>\n
