Las grasas preferiblemente deben ser monoinsaturadas, como el aceite de oliva virgen, los frutos secos y el pescado azul, rico en \u00e0cidos grasos Omega 3. Es importante desayunar todos los d\u00edas, teniendo en cuenta que lo ideal es <!--more-->hacer 3 comidas principales y dos peque\u00f1os tentempi\u00e9s (a media ma\u00f1ana y a media tarde); la cena debe ingerirse a una hora temprana, ya que el proceso de digesti\u00f3n se ralentiza si estamos tumbados, debe de ser ligera y de f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n. Masticar lentamente hace que los alimentos se digieran mejor. El contenido de fibra en la dieta ha de ser elevado, pudiendose encontrar este en las frutas, legumbres y verduras, especialmente en su piel, y tambi\u00e9n en los cereales integrales; en algunos casos podemos aplicar suplementos de la fibra mediante c\u00e1psulas o sobres. El consumo de alcohol ha de ser moderadamente alcohol o no tomarlo. En caso afirmativo se puede beber vino tinto de calidad, como m\u00e1ximo 2 copas al d\u00eda, preferiblemente tinto, ya que esta variedad es rica en polifenoles, potentes antioxidantes con un efecto protector cardiaco. Mantener el peso preferiblemente entre el 5% y el 10% por debajo del considerado ideal esst\u00e1 demostrado que aumenta la longevidad. En conclusi\u00f3n, una correcta dieta antiaging, trata de reforzar la dieta mediante vitaminas, antioxidantes, minerales, oligoelementos, extractos vegetales, acidos grasos Omega 3 y Omega 6. B\u00e1sicamente, implica seguir una dieta mediterr\u00e1nea equilibrada, aunque incrementando el consumo de frutas y verduras.
